Are you serious?! Nothing is positive about this chain restaurant. C'mon, two pieces of FRIED chicken sandwiching melted cheese on GREASY bacon?! Yes, support the number killing disease of America

Limited vegetarian choices, mediocre food & service. Nothing to rave about, but the cheesecake. I believe it is also over-priced

Awesome priced sushi, no MSG, and beer to go?! University of Pittsburgh's students dream! It's located in Oakland among the other restaurants. Rapid service and good sushi

This is the hot spot for me on the South Side! Generous sized falafel and a BYOB service is all a girl can ask for! The service is great and the waitress is welcoming and beautiful.

Their Cajun fries, aren't so Cajun. If you're not too worried about your health and low on cash, this is a suggested place to go

Excellent pizza joint on the mountain! Unfortunately, it is under construction and I've heard it may become a Mexican restaurant :/

I've been here once and it'll may be the last time. I had the ravioli with the 4 cheeses. It came out in a family sized portion, which is not a bad thing. I definitely needed to have it box, but afterwards, I ended up puking it up when I arrived home. I do not know what exactly caused it, but during the course of the meal, I did enjoy it. The server was extremely nice and personable. Maybe I'll give it another try?

This has to be one of my top 3 pizza places! I usually order the college special, which is one large one topping pizza. For this special, you have to pick up. A whole large pie with amazingly stringy cheese, cost me $6.39

I've only been here once and would definitely go back again. I believe I ordered a vegetarian pita and it was packed with fresh vegetables and a nice dressing. The pita I ordered came up to be around $6. It is always crazy busy during lunch hours

Deliciously thin crusted, cheesy, affordable pizzas here. I go here when I'm around the liberty ave area. A single slice is under $2! It's a great place to go when there's only a few dollars in your pockets.

Pita Pit is the best grab and go place for me! I usually order the falafel pita and have about everything stuffed into it. The pita makers to a great job making them, too. I go to the one in downtown Pittsburgh and one of the pita makers, Hansel is extroverted and one of greater workers. It's healthy, they have great pitas and smoothies! I would rather recommend this, than the subway across the street

Nakama is an interesting habachi restaurant. When you first enter, there's the bar behind the hostess, the sushi bar on your left, and in the dining room the habachi tables. I believe the crowd ranges from young adults to mid forty's. My bf and I come here when we are starving! Average habachi dinner for one, runs about $25-30, depends on what you order. The waitresses I had, were all great. The habachi chefs do what they do and that is to grill or cook. I gave it a 3, because the chefs aren't really entertaining or interactive. I've been to plenty of habachi restaurants and worked in one in the past, and the chefs are usually outgoing and hilariously funny and enjoyable. I've had hot shrimp thrown into my mouth, plastic toys squirting water onto the onion volcano, and just great small talk. The food is great, but the chefs reaction for its guest can be a lot better.

The pitcher deal is great, only $5, BUT on a busy night, you might have to stand at the bar for more than 10 minutes to get served

My boyfriend and I went on a weekday and the service was exceptionally great and fast. I ordered the maki deluxe which included 4 different types of sushi; the avocado, tuna, salmon skin, and eel. 6 pieces each under $15! My bf ordered the sushi and sashimi platter which had had an assortment of sliced fish. He thought it was phenomonal! I hghly recommend this restaurant; it's affordable and the service was excellent!
